PRESS GUIDELINES – AVICII EXPERIENCE
Avicii Experience is an interactive museum dedicated to the life, music, and creative legacy of Tim Bergling, known globally as Avicii.
Through immersive exhibitions, original artefacts, interactive installations, and personal stories curated in close collaboration with his family, visitors explore Tim’s artistic journey, creative process, and lasting impact on modern music and culture.
Please read the guidelines below for information on how to apply for press accreditation and plan a press visit.
PRESS IMAGES
A selection of high-resolution press images is available for editorial use only.
To request access to press images, please contact [email protected] and include a short description of your planned coverage.
All other image use, including commercial use, requires prior written approval from Avicii Experience.
PRESS VISITS & PRESS TICKETS
Press visits to Avicii Experience must be requested at least two (2) weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
We are unable to accommodate last-minute or same-day press visit requests.
All press visits are scheduled in 30-minute time slots and must be adhered to. Extensions are not guaranteed and subject to availability on site.
PRESS VISIT HOURS
Press visits may be scheduled:
- During public opening hours: 10:00–18:00 (September–April)
• Outside public opening hours (no visitors present):
– 09:00–10:00
– 18:00–18:30
Due to high visitor capacity between May and August, press visits during these months are only possible outside public opening hours.

Incomplete or late requests may not be reviewed.
Interview requests must be specified in advance. On-site interview requests cannot be accommodated.
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY (PRESS & COMMERCIAL)
All press and commercial filming or photography at Avicii Experience must be requested at least two (2) weeks in advance and approved prior to the proposed date.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Editorial photography
• Interviews
• Documentaries
• Television productions
• Commercial shoots
All filming and photography within the museum must be supervised by Avicii Experience staff.
Upon arrival, all crews must check in at the Front Desk at the Main Entrance.
Due to copyright restrictions, filming of screens, monitors, or audio-visual installations is not permitted, unless explicitly approved in writing in advance.
VISITORS & PRIVACY
Filming or photographing visitors is not permitted. This includes background footage where visitors may be identifiable.
Any breach of this policy may result in filming being stopped immediately.
MUSIC RIGHTS & DELIVERY
All music rights must be cleared by the production company prior to broadcast or publication with the relevant rights holders.
A copy of the final broadcast or published material must be provided to Avicii Experience following transmission or publication.
