We do not offer a different pricing for guests with disabilities. We do however offer free entrance for up to two personal care assistants. The personal care assistants cannot purchase their tickets online but can collect their free entry tickets at the ticket counter upon arrival.

Purchased tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival via the “manage my booking” button on your order confirmation. If you wish to change the date or time on your tickets; cancel the original order, via the “manage my booking” button on your order confirmation and purchase new tickets on our website.

The ticket is only valid for one entry during your chosen date and time.

When you book your date tickets you chose a time slot for your visit and this is the time you need to enter the museum. The ticket is only valid for one entry during the chosen date and time.

You do not need to print your tickets before visiting us. You can scan the QR-code on your ticket from your smartphone in the entrance.

If you lost something during your visit, please send an email to with a description (and a picture if possible) of your lost item and we will search through our Lost & Found for you.

We do not allow food or drinks inside the exhibition but AFK café is located just outside the entrance to the exhibition and the restaurant Fat Cat is located at the entrance level.

We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot allow them inside the museum for safety and allergy reasons. Assistance dogs are allowed.

The museum spans over 350 sqm.

The museum is wheelchair accessible. There are elevators to each floor, which means that it is no problem to visit the exhibition with wheelchairs or walkers.

Due to fire regulations, we do not allow for our guests to bring strollers with them inside the museum. We will show you where to park your stroller during your visit.

Yes, there is music in the museum that hasn’t officially been published before.

The museum is not permanent, but we do not have an end date and we will stay at Space in Stockholm for at least a few years to come.

Avicii Experience is a part of Space at Sergels torg in central Stockholm. Enter via Space Main Entrance on Sergelgatan 2, the museum is located one floor below ground level.
