It takes around 1-1,5 hours to walk through the exhibition.

No, we don’t offer a different price for disabled guests. We do however offer free entrance for up to two assistants. You can not book that kind of ticket online, you get it at our ticket booth.

A paid ticket can be returned at the latest 24 hours before arrival via the cancellation button in your booking confirmation. If you wish to change the date or time, you cancel your tickets and buy new ones on our website. Observe that you have to do this at the latest 24 hours before arrival.

The ticket is only valid for one entry during your chosen date and time.

Yes, the day and time you chose when you booked your ticket is the time that you have to start your visit.

No, you just need to scan the QR code on your phone ticket at the entrance.

Just outside the entrance of Avicii Experience, you find AFK café.
No food or drinks are permitted inside the museum.

No, they are not permitted to go inside due to allergies and the pets’ health. Assistant dogs are however accepted.

Avicii Experience is around 350 square meters.

Yes, there are elevators on each floor.

No, due to fire regulations, strollers are not permitted inside the museum. We are happy to show you where you can park the stroller during your visit.

The exhibition is in English.

Yes, there is music in the museum that hasn’t officially been published before.

The museum is not permanent but will stay in Stockholm for at least a couple of years.

We offer lockers without any extra cost.

Avicii Experience is located at Sergelgatan 2 in Stockholm. To get here, you can go by bus, metro or train. T-centralen and Hötorget are the closest stations. The entrance to the museum is one floor down from the main entrance.

The ticket is only valid for one entry during your chosen date and time. Purchased tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival via the “manage my booking/cancellation” button on your order confirmation.

You have to be 16 years old to visit the museum without an adult.
